This pizza is made from our Italian Cheese Pizza Dough, Sharon's BBQ sauce mixed with pizza sauce, roasted chicken that has been marinated in Garlic Expressions, produce from our stand and locally sourced old cheddar cheese and mozzarella. It’s pickling season!!! To kick off the season we have our dill pickles and bread and butter pickles with relishes to come!

Good morning pickers ! The pick your own is going to close at 5 pm for the next week or so while we get through these high temperatures. This will allow us to irrigate our fields and help them tolerate the weather. Thank you for understanding

CANADA DAY Pick Your Own Strawberries is only going to be open 8 am until 12:30 pm on July 1st! We are closing in the afternoon to recover our fields as they have been picked extensively. Thank you for your patience we will re-open at 8 am on July 2nd!

Pick your own strawberries is not open yet We are hoping to open this weekend June 20th. Please remember that this is just the opening weekend so the berries won’t be in full swing for about a week from then ! You don’t need to make an appointment to pick. We are setting up social distancing throughout the fields. See you all soon!

Breakfast has always been my favorite meal of the day. Today I made scrambled eggs using fresh basil and chives, (from my herb garden) our home grown garlic (which I mince and freeze in cubes with olive oil in the fall when it's fresh and plentiful), Applewood smoked cheese and feta. I use butter to 'bloom' the garlic and herbs, add the eggs to the pan, season with fresh ground pepper and sea salt. As it starts to set i move the eggs around to keep them fluffy and add the cheeses. Each day I take 2 tablespoons full of apple cider vinegar and drink a glass of kefir. The simplest things can keep us healthy and strong. #eatfresh #shoplocal #ilovenorfolkcounty

When we take some family time away, one of our favorite treats is a fresh fruit salad made from strawberries, apples, grapes, oranges and bananas from the stand... drizzled with Dalila Buckwheat Bee Honey- you can pick it up in our Market.
