So today I did a thing, I hired a new Real Estate Assistant Kidding, sort of Actually I adopted Charlie a one-year-old Shih Tzu who as you can imagine is lovely, charming and super sweet! For reasons personal to his original owner he was advertised as in need of a new and perfect home. Long story short I did not wake up this morning thinking I would be going to bed tonight with a new family member, alas here we are and life couldn’t be more perfect. ... Something I never believed I would fall in love with, yet here we are. I am reluctant to give up this bike, I’ve bonded with her over the last year celebrating everything from triumphs to cycling through stress, worry, anger, sadness and right back again to joy and a love for everything going on in my life. We’ve accomplished great adventures and new records for me. We’ve been covered in dirt, mud, foliage and rode through scary and exciting obstacles. All said, it has come ...into discussion I should look into something lighter, etc. I’ll have to learn to trust a new bike, one to carry me through winding, crazy trails and scary road scenarios. Little did I recently realize that, I was learning to trust and believe in myself and ultimately, I carried myself through. Such is the power of testing your limits and pushing through and succeeding; a physical outlet which mirrors my career. I have decided when the day may come along (and it will) I will hang onto her, so that in the event someone wants to ride with me and doesn’t have one of their own and they can feel safe and maybe be inspired to feel her passion and find the joy that is the physical outlet in every adventure. #SomethingAboutMe

Closing Day for 8 Heber! The power of having a sign on the lawn. This one was a result of selling the neighbour’s home in the same efficient timeline in our early summer market. The Seller of 8 Heber reached out to me, excited to take advantage of current market conditions while being represented with my consistent level of service catered to each and every Seller’s individual needs. This was quick, busy and seamless.

Closing Day! 2 Warren Road is a very special property being turned over to a family today perfectly befitting to carry on its neighbourhood charm. A timeline with a plan to sell which was established in March and launched in June. Certain transactions for reasons personal to Sellers require delicate planning and levels of skillfully curated itineraries, a vein of consistent professionalism I was proud to provide for my clients.
