UPDATE: There may not be much snow on the ground but its just too cold for the old gal. We will try next Saturday for our last day out with the Waffle Bus. However the shop is open today from 10-4. Remember as the weather gets colder, calling in your order reduces wait time. Thanks again!

Waffle Sausage Buns. We've partnered with @_forevergreenfarm and created two different variations: The Classic( honey garlic sausage, cheeses, Mayo, ketchup, relish and mustard) and The Oktoberfest (German-style sausage, cheeses, honey mustard, red onions, mayo & sauerkraut). Boy o boy, they are tasty!!! Come get 'em y'all.

The Waffle Bacon Cheeseburger is back! This baby will be available by 11am today, just in time for lunch :) It's loaded with a blend of spiced local pork and beef, bacon, three cheeses, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, mayo and ketchup for good measure. And just a reminder we are closed tomorrow for Canada Day

Hello y’all. We’ve been opening solely on weekends for the last month or so, but summertimes here and the waffle cravings are a full time thing So starting tomorrow we will be switching to our summer hours: 10-4 Tuesday through Sunday. Dining room is still closed but our patio remains open. Takeout, call in or delivery through Nish Eats are all available. Come down and try one of these many classics available on our full menu.
