Are you hydrating? You may be drinking lots of water, but is it drying you out or really hydrating you? If you are drinking city water you are likely dehydrating. I watered my lawn using city water and it would not even start to green it up. The reason being is that they use herbicide or algaecide to keep the water safe. Fluoride and chlorine will keep you from absorbing the water. It's like a plastic bag between you and the water.... Fluoride is naturally occurring in ground water but when they add it to the city water it is a processed more potent form. This dehydrates you and especially your pineal gland which will give you vertigo over time. They will not admit to this. They actually think it helps you. Psychosomatic? Most people have heard the word before. Many have been told that the feelings they were getting fell into this category. There are people who hear symptoms and believe they are suffering from them. ... Then there are the ones that feel the symptoms and doctors are unable to get a proper diagnosis. This group is the one I would like to address as they are very sensitive and have no idea what is wrong or where these symptoms are coming from. I am one of the latter group and have since indentified the reason I get these feelings. I am an empath. I was able to get to this point after exhausting the expertise of doctors from all over the spectrum. I have since been able to identify the sources of the different types of symptoms and help to ease the suffering of those sources. If you are among the latter group please be open to the possibility that you may also be an empath. It will help you come to terms with the suffering you have long felt. Animals are drawn to you and you can sense changes around you that can leave you feeling depression, anxiety, or even joy depending on the mood of the people close to you.
