Assessment always comes first. This one compliments of a Downtown parking garage. Not the usual drips that occur... as this one is embedded into the paint finish. Soften with a solution, wet sand, and some heavier correction was our best course of action. We had nothing to loose with the same process on the (PPF) film, but not as much success there.
