This will be a bit of a read but in summary ... if you have ANY issues with your BMW go see Derek, Dylan and the boys at Autovation - they will educate you, fix... your issues and get your car back to 100%. Now for the longer version. My BMW X6 has been burning oil for couple of years - even under warranty. Elite BMW (stay away from that service!!) kept telling me that all v8 engines burn oil, it is normal and kept asking me to measure things over weeks & months. It gotten to a point where the BMW felt like a 1986 lawnmower and I was adding a quart of oil every 2 stops for gas - they insisted that all v8 engines on expensive cars do that - LOL. I have a feeling that is NOT the case - especially since I know plenty of friends with v8 imports including Porsche, Lambo, Maserati, Corvette, Aston Martin and few others - none of their cars look like a 1982 lumber delivery truck after 350K on the odometer with a massive black cloud behind them. Elite BMW Service - massive FAIL! Oh yea - Elite BMW suggested I need a new engine to the tune of $35K - and gave me that news like it was a $35 windshield washer fluid charge - LOL. OK now for the good news. I belong to the BMW Club of Ottawa - boys suggested I go see the team at Autovation. Derek explained it all, they took the car in, worked on it for a while and after over 3 months of driving not a single ounce of oil has been added to the engine. Happy customer, car like new and definitely great recommendation for the honest business Derek is running. Take your toys to Autovation - you will be happy you did. See more

The Street Survival program was developed in the US by the BMW CCA Foundation and Tire Rack and is now being offered in Canada by the BMW Club of Canada. The program is a safe, one day driving event designed to build skills far beyond basic driver's education. Our program provides: One-on-one in-car instruction In-classroom learning and collaboration Hands-on, emergency situation avoidance and recovery maneuvers Skidpad, Slalom, Emergency Lane change and other car control exercises Opportunity to learn how to handle your own car in emergency situations Lots of learning and fun in a friendly and supportive environment!
