Two years into my career I found myself having gained over 60 lbs, and experiencing health issues that I had never had before. After meeting with my doctor she encouraged me to lose some weight, it wasn't until after many uncomfortable conversations and not being able to look at myself in the mirror, that I decided to start Ideal Protein.
