We have had many calls with concerns if we are open for business. Avalon Auto will continue operations for as long as it is safe to do so for our staff and customers. We are running on minimal staff for the time being and taking all the extra measures to ensure we can still operate and keep everyone’s vehicle in safe working order. While your vehicle is in our care, we ask our customers to make arrangements for a ride home and avoid the customer waiting area, as we will no longer be able to offer shuttle rides so that we can adhere to the recommended safe distance of 2 meters. We understand that having access to a properly running vehicle is important to you and your family. With the recent events regarding Covid-19, Avalon Auto Servi...ce is taking all steps to make sure our service can still be provided. Our aim is to keep the health and safety of our customers and employees at the forefront of our daily business. Proper measures are being taken to ensure a sanitized work environment, such as utilizing protective car seat covers, steering wheel covers, sanitizing touched surfaces in the vehicle and ignition keys before and after services performed. Any employees experiencing any symptoms of illness have instructed to remain at home. Repairs and service on your vehicles can still be conducted with a minimal person to person contact for those that prefer to do so. Starting March 23rd key drop off will be provided without needing to enter the building. Invoices, estimates, and payments can be made vie email, and telephone. Of course we will still be here to help you with all your service needs. We ask all patrons respect personal space and practice proper hand washing to ensure the safety of your community. Avalon Auto Service advises any customers that may have symptoms of illness, or have been out of country within the last 14 days to please conduct all business through phone calls and emails. Almost five years ago Avalon Auto Service opened a second location to fill the demand for professional automotive detailing. Over the last few years Kelly and Mikel have had the opportunity to work with a driven and motivated staff that continuously pushed the standards higher. The decision has been made to work together with our staff and give them the opportunity to move from employees to business owners. It gives us great satisfaction to announce that our staff has taken over Avalon Auto Detailing. Effective December 1st, new owners Carl and Mikhaela will open their doors at Luxe Auto Spa.
