Early afternoon walks through Gastown We have been working on and in conversation about Integrity these past few weeks at Avanta. As a team we aim to honor our word to one another, wether that is keeping to it on time and as promised or when if that becomes impossible, owning up to the parties that are counting on us in advance and cleaning up any mess made as a result of failing. Through this work what we have found just as, if not more important is honoring ones word to self. By failing to honor our word to ourselves, we undermine ourselves as persons of integrity. Education/Background: I have a degree in Psychology and Social Sciences from the University of College Dublin.
