New Project Award - Mountain View Dental Group in Moncton, NB! AGCM will be working in conjunction with Henry Schein Dental, the dental equipment supplier. We will be working to rough in and supply the electrical, air and suction; as well as, preparing an existing office to allow for it to be converted into a dental operating room. Henry Schein Dental will supply and install the dental chair, x-ray unit and all other cabinetry type units to allow for the room to be converted. #dentaloffice #AGCM #MountainViewDental

Project Update - Lawton’s McAllister Place in Saint John, NB. AGCM was hired as a General Contractor for the completion of interior renovations to the Lawton’s Drug Store at the McAllister Mall. The renovation consists of utilizing the existing space and reconfiguring the layout to accommodate the addition of a new private consultation room. The new consult room and reconfigured offices has received new millwork, fresh paint, and all the applicable equipment to function they way they should.

AGCM worked as Construction Managers on the Pomodori Pizzeria in Moncton, NB and we completed this in January 2020. Support local this holiday season, Pomodori’s is open for dine in and takeout! They are excited to see you, and serve you safely this season!!

Stephanie's favourite Christmas activity is going to Wild Lights at the Zoo de Magnetic Hill Zoo, she hasn't gone yet this year due to #COVID19 but her and her sister hope to visit soon! Recently Completed Project - Dr. Casey's Dental Office in Moncton, NB. AGCM was hired as Construction Managers to coordinate the relocation, and fit-up of Dr. Casey’s new dental clinic. Moving on from her existing space, Dr. Casey required that op rooms and hygiene rooms be built in her new space at 585 Mapleton Road. A new mechanical room was framed and finished in the basement below her space to house the components (compressor and suction) that allow her to do what she does.

Recently completed project - Doyle Corporate Image! AGCM were hired as Construction Managers to renovate an existing building to accommodate Doyle Corporate Image new office.

Over the next few days we will be sharing photos of the recently renovated Grant Thornton office in Moncton, NB. AGCM completed this project as general contractor for the renovation of their 4th floor existing space and completely new 5th floor fit-up located at 633 Main Street. The work consisted of 14,000 square feet of high end, very modern tenant finishes with incredible design accent features to allow the space to be functional yet attractive to work for all team members.

New Project Award - Sequoia Downtown We are looking forward to working with Sequoia Downtown's owner Danielle Gauvin on this upcoming project! Working on the final touches at @dci_moncton!

AGCM recently worked with Division 4 Contracting LTD. for the 795 Main Street project in Moncton, New Brunswick. On this project, Division 4 Contracting LTD. worked on the blocks in the elevator shaft. Division 4 Contracting LTD. are based in Moncton, New Brunswick and have completed numerous masonry projects with us. They are experts in their field, easy to collaborate with and great to have on site.

We are looking forward to seeing this space filled with art. AGCM was hired as a General Contractor to help transform this historic Saint John waterfront property located at 62 Water Street into a modern and esthetically pleasing space. While maintaining its historic exterior we will implement bright colors and clean lines to the interior. This 1900 sq.ft renovation will have a modern vibe while keeping its historic character with the guidance of Studio Shirshekar.

AGCM recently worked with Ébénisterie Foxwoods Millwork Inc. for the Copper Branch project in Halifax, NS. Foxwoods Millwork Inc. are based in Beresford, New Brunswick and are experts in quality woodworking. They worked with us on everything from the cabinetry, benches, wood panels, and unique ceiling details. They are a professional and reliable team that creates beautiful pieces for all of their projects.

Project Update - AGCM has been hired as the General Contractor on an approximately 3500SQFT fit-up for Wee College. We are so happy to be working with Wee College again on this new space in Dieppe. We will be adding new washrooms, all new flooring throughout, fresh paint throughout, upgrading the fire alarm system, and creating a fenced in play area in the rear of the building. Safety is our top priority everywhere. On job sites or at the office, we provide all the required PPE, signage and best practices. We share the most current information, post our policies including 2m physical distancing, have and promote the use of sanitation stations while tracking on-site workforce and in office visitors.

Meet one of AGCM's newest team members - Denise! Denise is another recent addition, joining the AGCM team in January 2020. With over 23 years of experience in office administration, Denise is confident about taking on all sorts of tasks big or small! From organizing, coordinating, and communications, Denise is able to keep the team running smoothly. Denise loves being active (and is a fitness coach) you can often find her on the trails or practicing yoga, and she enjoys spending time with her two sons.

We are working closely with the entire design team as well as Tonys management and are currently working through pre-construction/design development and budgeting with construction starting within the next few weeks. New Job Award - Samuel de Champlain School in Saint John, NB. AGCM have been hired to select an architect to be part of the design team involved to modify 8th grade classrooms to create 3 large open collaborative & flexible areas of over 2,600 sf. This work will allow the school and its teachers to be innovators in the way students receive their education following the Education Minister recommendations and the Finland model! Past Project - Market Square Escalator in Saint John, NB. AGCM was hired as a General Contractor to coordinate the removal and installation of 2 escalators at Market Square, and HGL property. The work consisted of providing a solid hoarding with screening to be constructed around the designated work area, provide a beam directly over the escalator upper end support and a beam directly over the escalator lower end support capable of supporting the unit while hoisting into the ...wellway using chainfalls, removal and re-installation of service counters, drywall around escalators, all light fixtures, all plumbing/sprinkler heads and lines around the work area. Install new fireproofing around the new escalators, floor tiles and new electrical service to escalators.AGCM was hired to oversee the complete removal and installation of escalators in Market Square. This work was completed during operating hours, and AGCM maintained a safe environment both the staff of Market Square and the public. See more

Past Project - Subaru of Moncton, NB AGCM coordinated all design of architectural, structural, civil, mechanical and electrical in accordance with Subarus specific design criteria for their car dealerships. The space consists of a 17,500 sq. ft. building with front showroom and dealer offices as well as a service area and service drive thru to accommodate all of the dealership service requirements. #subaru #AGCM #ConstructionManager

Construction Zone AGCM was hired as the General Contractor to complete the renovation and restoration of the public washrooms facilities at the existing Home Depot. The washrooms received all new floor and wall tiles, updated fixtures, and new accessories throughout.

Mondays project! Progress Shots from the Harbourview Medical Clinic in Bathurst, NB. AGCM was hired as General Contractors to build a new 3,100 sf medical clinic to be located in an existing downtown building. The existing space will be completely demolished to welcome the new layout of several examination rooms, a brand new reception area and bright new finishes. AGCM is working with CLADinc. from Bathurst to provide this new medical clinic.

Who has some Summer painting projects on the go? Sherwin Williams hired AGCM as their General Contractor for the construction of their new 2,550 sq. ft. store which included a new showroom complete with simple but elegant flooring, nice linear LED suspended lighting and an open concept stockroom with a glassed manager corner office. The space also has the required accessible washroom, janitor facilities and the stockroom concrete floor was polished so it is easy to clean if there is a paint spill as they let it dry and just scrape it off (trades secret). We also enlarged the single backdoor to a double door with concrete pad to facilitate wood pallet size deliveries.

Happy to be enjoying wonderful spaces like this again! The project consisted of a complete renovation of an existing Moncton restaurant location to create the new restaurant. The work involved demolition of existing finishes and installation of new kitchen infrastructure as well as new dining room finishes, bar area and entrance finishes which AGCM completed as their Construction Managers.
