Today's adventure. Learning to pressure can.

Dinner. Pork schnitzel, butternut squash, carrots and turnip and ginger, baked potato. Pickled asparagus ends in the jar.

We dehydrate a lot. And I make/buy bulk. Vacuum sealing dry goods happens all the time. We were constantly taking the Food Saver out of storage, on the counter, back to storage. There was just no room for it. We also had a smaller, older Rival. This is how Bruce solved our problem. Thank you Rival, for your contribution. And to Bruce for rethinking 'the box'.
