That time of year, when u shop for people and u don't know what to buy!!! why not give them a nice massage.....

Its that time of year, when the yards and roads become a layer of ice... be so careful out there... I was at the local health food store this last week, and they have, instead of the grippers for the ice for ur shoes, they have screws that screw right into the bottom of ur shoes...with its little tool and every thing... I do believe it was just at 10.00 for the set..... I do believe the hospital and Geraco also have the slip on ice grippers.... SO stay safe!!!

If ur feet and legs are retaining water, try rubbing down with peppermint oil...

Walk with care!! its that time of year, where the ground is very icy, and we seem to have a lot of it right now!! Wear foot wear according. it only takes a moment to end up on that soft back side. I am seeing clients and hearing stories of thier falls.... SO FOLKS stay SAFE!!

Head aches: rub a drop of peppermint oil on ur next and shoulders. Sit back and relax with a hot glass of tea, With also a drop of peppermint oil in it.

Keeping warm in this weather can be a pain... but wrapping that extra some thing around ur neck, to walk out in the cold, can save u alot of tightness in ur neck area.... remember dress for the weather... not for the looks!!
