We are proud to announce that we will be once again, taking on exceptional investment minds to join our association for the upcoming fiscal year. As a part of the analyst program, you have the chance to learn about practical investment strategies including equities, fixed income, real-assets and macro. The analyst team is currently divided into these portfolios: -Long/Short Equity... -Event-Driven: M&A Arbitrage, Special Situations, Bankruptcy and Spin-offs -Private Capital Group -Quantitative & Systematic Solutions -Real Estate (REITS) -Global Macro Analysts will work very closely with the rest of their analyst class and portfolio managers in making investment recommendations, producing sound research reports, presentation materials and market update memoranda. Participation in Avenue 75’s analyst program may be a larger time commitment than other student clubs but offers a more significant amount of student responsibility. We offer a comprehensive analyst training program across financial modelling, stock picking, valuation and fundamental analysis as well as internship recruiting sessions and mock interviews. We are seeking across graduation years; we will consider candidates from all degrees of study but encourage those in subject areas across Business, Economics, and STEM (strongly advise a comfort with accounting and finance). The candidate will demonstrate a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, a natural business acumen and a general business curiosity. Relevant work experience in equity research, private equity or investment banking is a benefit but not a requirement.
