Today is bittersweet after a near 20-year partnership, I will no longer be operating my personal training business out of Northumberland YMCA. - During thi...s extremely difficult time, with the COVID 19 pandemic, my business no longer fits within new YMCA model. This state of new normal has forced EVERYone to make difficult decisions. I take a lot of pride in the relationship between the YMCA and myself. They gave me my first opportunity as a fitness trainer, and with that opportunity I was able to build, expand and grow my business to the level of success it is today. Together we were able to offer unique programs like TRX, Kettlebell, Trigger Point and FST. I am happy and grateful for the chapters of my life I spent there. The YMCA was not just where I worked, it has been my other home and family. I have met so many wonderful people, clients, and friends over the years. You all have truly made my career memorable. - Often clients would ask How are you doing?, and my reply is always the same, Living the dream!. I can say whole-heartedly this is FACT. The location will change, but the dream remains! I am as passionate and driven as ever to take on this next chapter. - Moving forward Avery’s Body by Design will be exclusively operated out of our private 1-on-1, appointment only, studio. We’re BACK! Avery’s Body by Design has been given the green light to return to 1-to-1 personal training in our private studio THIS FRIDAY!! (June 12th)... We have some new protocols and guidelines to keep everyone safe! We must strictly adhere to these rules, to stay open! We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to everyone’s safety! NOW booking appointments!

Wow! Thank you for the abundance of messages! It means so much to us that our clients are so enthusiastic to return to our studio and services! ... AND TRUST US - we are just as anxious to see you! At this time, however, we will remain closed until we are given the go ahead from the powers that be. Our door will open when it is legal and safe to do so. ... We respect everyone’s opinions in this matter, but will continue to abide by restrictions in place. In the meantime our app is available to get your workout accomplished with WHATEVER equipment (or even lack of) that you have available. (Just send us a message for info!)
