Regularly replacing your smoke detector batteries is required to ensure they function properly in the event of an emergency especially when your power is out. Or in my house the batteries like to die at 3am, sounding the warning alarms waking the entire house up. Good times. Another little fact is your smoke detectors are only a 10 year appliance so if they are yellowish in color or they have no replacement sticker on the side, replace with combo CO/Smoke detectors especially this time of year with additional guests and electricity consumption.

Hello 1965, you look marvelous. Probably in my top 3 houses I have ever inspected. Original owners and appeared barely lived in. Had a smile on my face throughout due to the off the charts cool factor.
