A bit of a white knuckle drive to Truro this morning, but well worth it for the FMNS AGM. A much better drive home and now for a quick soup for supper from market goodies saved from the summer. Base of chicken broth from The Station Food Co, add in egg noodles, carrots, green onion and garlic scapes. Letting it simmer for a bit to get the flavours mixed. What is your easy go to after a long day?... Chicken from MacDougall Meadows, veggies from Halfway River Farm and Oakmanor Farm.
