Today in PINK SHIRT DAY. Pink Day started in 2007, when a two students in Nova Scotia chose to take a stand when a fellow student was bullied for simply wearing a pink shirt to school. Today Pink Shirt Day is recognized worldwide, encouraging everyone to create an environment of inclusion, belonging and respect. This year the theme is "Lift Each Other Up". We challenge everyone to think of ways they can lift another person up. Simple acts can have great impact!
