PARTICIPANTS NEEDED! Do you need to hit the RESET button? Are you going through your day just surviving; getting up, going to work, paying bills, making lunches, caring for kids and going to bed just to do it all over again? Are you struggling to find a moment to breathe? .I’ve just finished creating a course called Reset Your Life in 21 Days that gives you a chance to reset your body, mind and soul. It focuses on reseting your body through consuming real, whole foods, fi...guring out what foods give you energy, movement, retraining your brain to replace negative thoughts with positive ones, practicing self care with meaningful, joyful activities, practicing gratitude and joy and play. I am looking for a maximum of 15 people interested in participating in a beta test group from June 17-July 7, 2019 to review the material and provide feedback about their experience.
