This Throughout my life I mainly chose to stand alone ( not completely alone because I had beautiful people who supported me, but in the perspective of my peers I was often very alone). With this comes a lot of judgement from the external, a few back stabs & moments of complete loneliness. But, what came from standing alone brought me here, to the awareness I have today. At times, standing alone may mean being yourself even if you feel you won’t fit in, you may be judged by others, and at times feeling really fricken lonely. We cannot change the world if all we do is follow others. Find your voice, realize your power, if you don’t like the life your living, or the people that are in your life then the change first starts with you

When you walk into a space where there is other people / energies do you expand your light or shrink it? We have a really bad habit of shrinking to fit in or possibly even so we won’t be noticed. The more we shrink the more we feel. The next time you walk into a space where you could possibly feel nerves/ uncertainty/ lack of confidence imagine pushing out your bubble aka Aura that surrounds your physical body. By doing this you are claiming your power, ascending your light, protecting your energy, and bringing positive energy into the space you are in. Expand it babe!
