As the wax melts, Anna will share her wisdom of Bees connecting us to Medicine. ( btw..Bees are also associated with the Solar Plexus Chakra), and will then give us the tools to create our own beeswax candle ~symbolizing our own Inner Light! That little light of mine & thine, we’re gonna let it shine! ... with a fireside yoga practice. Through movement and Breath, we will fuel up, ignite and stoke Fiery Manipura- our lustrous gem. This Half of the Gathering ends in Ceremony. A Power Retrieval. We have never had our power taken from us. This is the illusion. We have always been the one to give our power away, surrendering- unknowingly. It is now time to Reclaim what you gave away. Take back what has always been yours. Now is the time to Stand in your Power and Shine! After we fuel our physical body, we will then be inspired to open our hearts- breathing PRANA (life force energy) into the WILDerness of our HEARTs. In Ceremony, we begin the practice of FORGIVENESS- to heal our self, those around us, and to all life. In doing this work, we create space to give and receive LOVE, COMPASSION & GRATITUDE In Honour of open hearts, we will be gifting ANAHATA with the powerful healings of plant medicines, by creating our own essential oil elixir that speaks to our Hearts Desire. Karen will then guide us on a Journey of Sound, where we are invited to tune in to our Inner Light, connect to the vibrating resonance of our heart strings and unite our Hearts the universal Language of our Soul.
