Proud project moment! Award Communications worked with YWCA NWT on the grant application for this important project to pilot safe homes in three small northern communities that do not have women's shelters. The grant process was nearly 18 months long but the results are worth it! Do you have a grant application you just don't have time to complete? It's one of our specialities!

One project we're really proud of is the produce strategy we developed for the Yellowknife Farmer's Market, to increase the amount of yummy veggies and other produce sold at the market. Check out their link to sign up as a vendor!

A previous client recently contacted us looking for direction on some bad local press they were getting. We provided unbiased advice, drafted background info for media and a potential news release in the event things took a turn, and helped them get their side of the story out. Sometimes all it takes is someone outside your org to give their perspective - that's what we're here for!

We are proud to have worked with the Government of the Northwest Territories on their initial marketing and communications planning to attract cold weather testing to Yellowknife. Such great economic opportunities!
