BURGERS TO BEAT MS 2020! DIFFERENT THIS YEAR BUT WE MADE IT SPECIAL!!!!!

After being diagnosed with MS, I turned to exercise and healthy eating to prioritize wellness. This made eating fast food extremely difficult - until I found A...&W. My favourite thing to order at A&W is their lettuce wrap. For #BurgersToBeatMS, I’m choosing to substitute the patty in their Teen Burger for their Beyond Meat patty, complete with a side of sweet potato fries! As someone living with MS, I am so grateful for the Burgers to Beat MS campaign. It’s one of the easiest ways to fundraise and it raises so much money for MS research. It allows everyone to participate and they get to enjoy good food! It couldn’t be a simpler, more fun, or delicious way to raise money for MS. During such an unparalleled time, traditions are vital. Last year, my entire office ordered burgers and we enjoyed them together for lunch; my friends and family also participated. Although we will be doing it virtually this year, I know how excited my support network is to participate in the event again, and I cannot wait to enjoy burgers with them all! - Kalla, diagnosed in 2017.
