Your spine will thank you and you will feel amzingly refreshed after joining your breath with the movement! -from hands and knees, gently drop your tummy, lift your tailbone & your chin slightly -> INHALE -as you EXHALE, round your back like a Halloween cat, gently bringing your chin towards your chest -repeat, repeat, repeat!
