At our womens networking event Emily - Modern Day Yoga shared a fact that I cant get out of my head. She said that for women, confidence levels reach their peak at the age of 10. At 10 years old most women are at their most confident, and its downhill from there for the rest of their life. As content creators, marketers and businesses posting on social media what can we do to help make this better? And as adult women, how can we get back in touch with your ultra confident 10 year old selves?
