These two Siblings, I’m guessing? No idea why Younger needed soothing, but Older was rubbing his back and wrapping him up in hugs. Awwww. My sister was like this with me, just thinking of her still calms me down and makes me feel better.

Obeying is dangerous. Ok, this is a horrible street photography cliché shot with no actual story. Person walks, yippee. Still, this was a phone shot from a lunchtime walk from my new job, and it was a joy just to have something new to see!

I think portraiture is going to be my next challenge in photography. Thought I’d start with me (I always like to start learning new things with me as my own guinea pig). I took other shots with my head straight and better focus, but I’m not really me unless I’m doing the Kalda head-tilt, so here I am. 48 years old. Greying, wrinkling, and loving (almost) all of the experience of getting older. Except the hot flashes and dodgy hips, I could do without those

Kind of made me wish I’d worn my tutu to the Von Gogh exhibit as well. This little cutie tried so hard not to dance her way through this, I wish she had felt comfortable enough to do a little spin at least!
