#DigitalSignage adopts fresh tactics for COVID-19. #COVID19 has forced industries to adapt in ways no one could have foreseen, and digital signage vendors and users are no exception. Vendors and users have had to change their digital signage strategies in order to both clearly communicate social distancing and cleanliness policies, while still maintaining sales. Companies focus on empowering users to use QR codes to link their digital signage content to what traditionally wou...ld be printed material. For example, a large grocery chain was able deploy their weekly coupons in a digital format using QR codes displayed on their digital signage. Because digital signage can be updated easily, customers can feel assured that they have the latest information when they enter a space. Consistent information across multiple digital platforms like digital signage, the organization's website and social media platforms can help customers prepare, even before they enter a space. Furthermore, digital signage can create "touchless" experiences with "grab-and-go" content. #AxisSystemsGrp See more

Curvs and lines of grand designs. Following the cornerstone being laid on Malacca Street in September 1899, the Tamil Methodist Church Kuala Lumpur (TMCKL) at Brickfields has continued to welcome a mixed congregation of locals and expatriates to conduct prayer meetings and Bible studies. Rebuilt in 1961, the style of worship has gradually blended musical elements into their services. With an increase in SPLs over the years, decreasing audio intelligibility prompted a recent overdue upgrade. Everyone at TMC KL is excited with the addition of the CURV 500 loudspeakers, explained Selvaraj. We are now experiencing intelligible sermons and prayers in addition to high-definition audio quality for our live music services. We feel elation in what we are now hearing. #ChurchAudio #WorshipAudio #AxisSystemsGrp http://ow.ly/xq9g30riJUY

American Airlines trials #MobileID verification; moving toward #Touchless experience The airline says those who choose to participate in the trial will no longer need to hand in a form of ID. Instead, they can enroll in a third-party app prior to check-in that will create a digital ID token on their mobile device which can be used to verify their identity at the bag drop. The airline is working with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to explore this mobile ID verification technology which it says could ultimately reduce physical contact during the travel experience if adopted more broadly in the future #COVID19 #AxisSystemsGrp http://ow.ly/ml9B30riJJ0

The music plays on at Coral Hill Baptist Church. When steady growth made its old, traditional sanctuary too cramped, Coral Hill Baptist Church in Glasgow, Kentucky, made plans for a new sanctuary adjacent to the existing one with seating for 300 worshippers. Local #AVIntegration firm worked with the church to design and install a Danley Sound Labs sound reinforcement system that would support the HOW’s wide variety of musical styles and deliver crystal-clear intelligibility, despite an abundance of reflective concrete and dry wall surfaces. #ChurchAudio #WorshipAudio #AxisSystemsGrp http://ow.ly/pZK430ri4by

The biggest myths of co-managed security information and event management #SIEM Furthermore, SIEMs are great data normalizers. Taking in unstructured data, providing structure and storing that in an orderly way can open up many more opportunities for signal generation in your company. Data that might otherwise go ignored can be put to great use in your SIEM http://ow.ly/duFL30ri4b2 Finally, they are great tools for your analysts. From experimentation to ongoing operations, a... good SIEM and staff that know how to use them can fulfil their promise serving as a focal point for your security operations. However, even the best SIEM needs people. If you do not have in-house expertise and are thinking about co-managed SIEM as an option, consider these common myths and what you could accomplish by asking more of your MSSP. #SecuritySystems #AxisSystemsGrp See more
