Community Outreach The Ayton Fire Department will not be collecting food bank donations on Saturday, October 31due to Covid-19. Trinity Lutheran Church realize...s there is a great need and we would like to help out the Durham & District food bank which serves the Ayton community. If anyone in the village would like to make a donation, Trinity will accept cheques only made payable to Durham & District Food Bank(no cash please and tax receipts will be provided by the food bank as long as you provide your name and address). You can drop your donation off at Pastor Heather’s house (805 Albert St., Ayton) or mail it to Trinity Lutheran Church, Box 222, Ayton, Ont. N0G 1C0 and we will see that donations are delivered to the food bank. Thank you for helping those in need at this time. See more

Ontario Fire Fatalities Increase by 65% Between January 1 and May 4, 2019 there were 31 fire fatalities in Ontario and over that same period in 2020, there have been 51 fire fatalities, an increase of 65%. Now is the time to test smoke alarms and practice home escape plans!
