A&Z Soaps N Such

At A&Z Soaps we strive to provide products made from the best quality ingredients we can find!! One (or two) such ingredients are the cocoa butter and Shea butter that we use in our soaps and other products!! We source ours from Baraka Shea Butter!! These butters are made by the women in Ghana!! They grow and harvest the plants/trees used to make the butters themselves and the proceeds from the purchases go to them!! Something I’m proud to be a part of!! Soon all our hard oils will solely be purchased from Baraka!! I am so excited about this I had to share!!

Had a busy day today!! Made 2 large, 14 Med and 4 sample size foaming sugar scrubs! Scented in Rosewater Lemonade and Pink Sugar! I gotta tell ya!! Pink Sugar has TOTALLY won me over and will definitely be one to be on the main string of our regular scents!!! Such a gorgeous smell!!! I also made 8 foaming and 4 reg liquid soaps! Various scents for those!! I also have a new batch of cold process liquid soap batter doing it’s thing in a bucket so I can make some more liquid soaps!! I’ve never done the cold process method of making liquid soap paste but I must say I’m rather enjoying it!! Wish I didn’t do as small of a batch as I did LOL The house sure smells awesome right now!!

Woot Woot!! I got er made!!! My big slab mould!! My dad helped and we got this big boy all ready for some SOAPING!! Yehaa!! So loving this mould!! It turned out beautifully!! I decided to make it with a door LOL so that I can slid out the soap when it’s ready!! And of course it wouldn’t be me if it didn’t have some kind of bling somewhere!! They weren’t cheap but the blingy handles were sooooo worth it!!! Will probably get 66 bars out of this baby!! Now just to wait for my butters order and my freezer paper roll to get here!! I wanna make some SOAP!!! LOL
