The sign up just started at 9am- First come First serve so don't delay! We have 2 New Classes to announce! . Yoga Sculpt Sundays 9:30-10:30am- A blend of Barre, Pilates, Vinyassa Yoga Flow and Yin to have a Holistically balanced and body Burn! This is a great class to get Strong and Empowered leading into the Colder months to keep you Motiva...ted and Uplifted! . Wildflower Aerial Yoga Thursdays 5:15-6:15pm- Perfect balance of Tricks, balance, body awareness in a Positive and Safe space finishing with a relaxing floating Savasana to settle any tween Anxiety. . Find your F O L D ....If you can squeeze ANY Yoga pose into today, Take 2 minutes to enjoy some kind of FOLD, Wide legged fold with a pillow/bolster set up... Fold over with wide legs in your Chair... Fold over Standing (bend those knees slightly though) . TAKE IT IN for 30 seconds or up to 2 Minutes if you can and then slowly... I mean SLOWLY... EMERGE.... How do you feel?!?!?

Ways to Brighten your Child's Day today! -Tell them a Joke... -Have a Vehicle or Living room Dance Party... -Surprise them with a special Snack or Park visit -Leave them a cute note in their lunch pail... -Give them a Hug and tell them how much you love them! See more

There's nothing quite as Sweet as bonding with your New baby in those first few months. Moments that pass by so quickly whether from lack of sleep melding days together or the ticking of time seems like a freight train! Socializing with Other moms with babes similar ages to yours also becomes a sort of sisterhood and weekly comfort to look forward to.While bonding with baby we also focus on releasing upper back tension and rebuilding that pelvic floor and core post baby to keep you Strong and being the BEST Mom you can be! . Our Next round of Mom&Baby Yoga sign-up will begin October 14. With the next session running from November 1 to Dec 21.
