We are still making our gluten free breads and desserts (as well as regular products). The gluten free breads available include 3 seed, 3 seed cranberry, regular,and custom flavors. Our kitchen is inspected by the Health Unit and we have experience in the food industry for over 40 years. When making gluten free products, all surfaces are first thoroughly cleaned. Separate utensils etc are used. If gluten free products are being made, no gluten supplies are out. We are not a nut free facility.

Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley and rye. It’s been a to-do, or not-to-do question for quite some time now. My answer is to avoid it if: you hav...e celiac disease you have completed FODMAPS, including a challenge of gluten, and found an intolerance. You have an autoimmune disease, where removal of gluten may be of benefit Otherwise, there is no reason, no found benefit to avoiding it. Going GF took me a long time- I didn’t want to acknowledge the possibility that it was causing some of the issues I was having, because I was aware of the challenges that would ensue, as well as the disappointment with foods, the failed recipes, and being the dinner guest with restrictions. (I’m thankful truly that my dietary changes started with COVId as this last piece has rarely happened and given me time to work out some kinks). Varieties include thimble cookies, almond moons, chocolate pinwheels, lemon squares, melting moments, shortbread, truffles, melting moments, cream filled sandwich cookies, linzer cookies, peanut butter squares, candy cane kiss cookies and the list goes on We use only butter, real chocolate and if the recipe calls for brandy, rum or kirsch we use the real thing!
