FOR ALL THE RIGHT REASONS Core & Conditioning A high energy class combining abs & core training with personalized HIIT circuits of bodyweight exercises, boxing, spin and rowing.... HIIT improves overall cardiovascular health, has a positive metabolic effect, improves fat loss outcomes, and is beneficial for your brain. I get such a good rush from the intervals, and no other class makes me break a sweat like that. It reminds me of spinning, except it’s so much fun! A great stress relief workout. The third new class to join the roster in 2019 is Glute Studio. We tested this over December and after rave reviews added it to our regular classes in January. With a focus on glute training in mind for healthy hips, hinge movements from various angles and intensities are included in this workout. The activation sequences, lifting exercises and burnouts in our programming result in better hip control and increased strength, which lends to improvements in daily life and any sport or leisure activities you may engage in. Side bonuses may include larger, rounder, fuller glute muscles. Take that as you will. #b2fitnessca

NEW CLASS One of our new additions to the roster, Kickboxing class is a great cardio workout. Incorporating basic movements like lunges and squats, you’ll work on improving stamina, coordination and rhythm. Besides, it’s fun to kick and punch without getting in trouble with teacher, right? #b2fitnessca
Over the moon about this feedback from Alexis! She joined our small group personal training classes only one year ago and is currently travelling (and traversing!) in New Zealand. I'm definitely enjoying the sunny weather here. I did a 9 hour hike up an inactive volcano, which included a long section of climbing on all fours over rocks.
