This year, @babes.and.beauty wants to BLESS A FAMILY at Christmas. We all know it’s been an extremely difficult year and we want to do something special for a family in need. Any purchase places between November 2nd - December 15th we will donate 5% from your purchase to a family in need. ... I am so excited to be doing something so special with the amazing community we have built and excited to keep you up to date on the progress of monies raised. I need your help though. Last year we made @babes.and.beauty gift boxes and stocking stuffers kits for over 250 families! We even had surprise stocking kits for moms!!! We are so excited to do it again this year with some new and exciting products! Who’s excited!

I wanted to take a moment to THANK each and every one of my babes and beauty customers who chose me to be their realtor. . Since June..I have had the honour and pleasure to help my clients buy and sell a total of 15 homes!!!!! . For the homes I have sold to date, the average days on market was 11 days (25 days from the initial offer to closing (typically 14 days). Average days on market for cochrane as a whole was 40 days! ... The houses I listed they sold for an average of 98.96% of asking price! Average in Calgary and area was 97.65% . For the homes I helped buy with my clients, through negotiations I helped save them an average of $15,800 . I am so incredibly grateful for all of you. Our warm bags have been a hot this year - definitely thinking it’s because we get 8 months of winter .
