Our Child Nutrition Class with Sarah McDonald is tonight (Monday) at 7:30PM! Our nutrition specialist will discuss the importance of child nutrition. She will ...teach you the guideline for healthy eating from ages 1 and up. There will be an emphasis on school age children, where we will discuss healthy meal options that the kids will enjoy. Learn how to make your "lunchables". There will be information and recipes given. This will be a great class you dont want to miss and there is still room to register! Drop-ins are welcome to come as well!

A topic of the participants choice will start eac...h class, and then the participants will be encouraged to discuss their experiences and emotions with the group. Beyond the Baby Blues is a eight-week support group facilitated by a licensed mental health therapist. After having a new baby, do you often feel overwhelmed, f...earful, exhausted, guilty and hopeless? Perhaps you even have thoughts that scare you. It is normal to avoid saying these ideas out loud for fear of what others will think. Group counselling will provide a safe environment for you to learn about postpartum anxieties and depression. During these sessions, no one will judge or criticize you, and you will be free to share thoughts and feelings with mothers who understand.
