Quilt Canada in Ottawa June 11 - 16 , 2019 The six-day trip included:... Deluxe motor coach transportation 5 nights accommodation (3 in Ottawa and 2 in Quebec City) Transportation at the Quilt Canada Show everyday Guided tour in Ottawa Prizes on the bus This trip is designed specifically for people who like quilting, we are going to the Quilt Canada 2019 show in Ottawa. The bus will make several trips each day to bring people to the EY Center for this famous quilting event. The bus will also bring people to downtown Ottawa during the day. Entry to the show is not included in our prices. This trip is also offered to people who do not do quilting, and would like to spend a few days in Ottawa. We have two buses going to Ottawa. One is leaving from Halifax and will pick up people along the way: Truro, Amherst, Moncton, Fredericton, Woodstock, Grand Falls, St-Leonard, Edmundston... The other bus will do pick-up in Northern New Brunswick, leaving from Moncton, and after Miramichi, Bathurst, Dalhousie, Campbellton, St Léonard, Edmundston... Day 1, Tuesday, June 11, 2019 Departure: (in the morning) Direction Quebec City for the first night We will stop for lunch along the way, and we also do stop every 2 - 2.5 hours for restroom You have the rest of the day to do as you please. Day 2, Wednesday, June 12 Early morning we leave Quebec City to go to Ottawa We arrive in Ottawa in the afternoon we go directly at the Convention Center for registration around 4:00pm, we go at the hotel for the check-in After the check-in at the hotel, for people who want to go back to the EY Centre, the bus will bring you back there. Free night to relax Day 3, Thursday, June 13 Breakfast included this morning 8:00 am The bus will leave the hotel to bring people at the EY Centre (Quilt Canada) They will be a shuttle from the hotel to the EY Centre approx every 3 hour untill the end of the Quilt Canada workshop and Lectures. The exact time of pick-up will be giving to you on the bus. 10:00 am The bus will leave the hotel to bring people downtown Ottawa. In the evening, we will go for a City tour of Ottawa Day 4, Friday, June 14 Breakfast included this morning 8:00 am The bus will leave the hotel to bring people at the EY Centre (Quilt Canada) They will be a shuttle from the hotel to the EY Centre approx every 3 hour untill the end of the Quilt Canada workshop and Lectures. The exact time of pick-up will be giving to you on the bus. 10:00 am The bus will leave the hotel to bring people downtown Ottawa. In the evening, the bus will bring people downtown Ottawa and at the Tanger outlets Day 5, Saturday, June 15 Breakfast included this morning 8:00 am The bus will leave the hotel to bring people at the EY Centre (Quilt Canada) 1:00pm The bus will pick-up people from the EY Centre (Quilt Canada) and we are leaving for Quebec City. We will stop for lunch along the way, and we also do stop every 2 - 2.5 hours for restroom The arrival should be early evening. You have the rest of the day to do as you please, you can go in the old Quebec and enjoy every moment. Day 6, Sunday, June 16 Going back home Bus leaving from Halifax Price per person 4 persons/room: $579 each 3 persons/room: $619 each 2 persons/room: $689 each 1 person/room: $969 each (For the other bus leaving from Moncton, call us for price) Extra charge of $40/person for anyone leaving from Halifax, Truro or Amherst.
