Chest/Breastfeeding Positions There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to chest/breastfeeding positions. Body type, chest/breast size, latch, cesarea...n or vaginal birth, comfort level, daytime or nighttime are all factors that may influence what position you choose for feeding your baby. While you and your baby learn together, remember to be patient and give yourself grace as you find what works best for both of you. How many of these positions have you tried?
