Hello Everyone! After taking a very long and unexpected break from my social pages I am back and ready to start filling your feeds with all things pregnancy, birth and beyond. Stay tuned for some exciting things coming your way.

On this weeks feature of "What's in the Doulas bag" A sneak peak at my Rebozo! It was love at first sight when this one arrived! My rebozo accompanies me to all things pregnancy and baby related. That's right I mean prenantal visits, labour and birth along with all postpartum check ins. This beauty has a use for everything... sore back? Rebozo has your back! Malpositioned baby? Rebozo has you covered! Lack of tummy support? Rebozo has it for you! Originating in Mexico the r...ebozo has been used for centuries in everyday life and pregnancy. The rebozo along with its traditions and uses have been passed to other cultures through traditional midwives sharing their knowledge. Would you like to learn more? On this weeks feature of "Whats in the Doulas bag" I am featuring my dilation wheel!... From prenatal visits about stages of labour and dilation to postpartum visits about healing and being proud of what has been accomplished. This beautiful wheel helps me offer a visual explanation! This wheel shows the dilation starting at 2 cm going up by 2 cm all the way to 10 cm. Would you like to learn more? This weeks feature of "What's in the Doulas bag?" This weeks feature is my beautiful Baby Belly Balls!... These are one of the first homemade additions to my postpartum bag. I love taking these out to spark awe in how tiny a belly can be and answer the common question of "Is my baby getting enough?". Having a physical representation offers the opportunity to see and hold, providing a stronger understanding. From left to right you see the size of babies belly at day 1, day 3, day 10 and day 30. On the first day our babies bellies can only hold 5-7 ml of liquid which is approximately 1 tsp! Would you like to learn more? Feel free to reach out and send me a message for more information and to book you free consultation!

Welcome to this weeks feature of What’s in the Doulas bag This week I’m featuring one of my greatest tools that I never leave at home! My hands! ... From massage to water bottle holder these bad boys do it all, and have always been right by my side! Since the very beginning of this path I have always been told that my hands will be my most useful tool, but little did I know they would be my most used tool too! From teaching breathing techniques to offering massage and counter pressure my hands have never let me down! Would you like to learn more? Feel free to reach out and send me a message for more information and to book your free consultation!
