Summer Beer Talk is about to begin!

Tonight we pit Beamsville against the world! Sparkling Chardonnay, Riesling and Pinot Noir will strut their stuff shoulder to shoulder with France, Germany and Chile. Who will win that bottle of Ice Wine, I wonder? Cheers and Happy Father's Day!

Pearl Morissette Winery is something very special, we learned yesterday. All natural fermentation makes all the difference in the world. The Cab Franc was the fruitiest and funkiest red I have ever tasted and the Chardonnay was unbelievably buttery and gorgeous yet never saw new oak. BRILLIANT WINES!

We would like to thank Burlington Public Library for another fun and educational tasting of summer wines this past week. The first day of summer we will be tasting local craft beers!
