We’re excited to announce that our clinic is scheduled to re-open on Monday, June 15th, as our province has reached Alert Level 3. When booking an appointment, you will be screened in order to ensure it is safe for you to attend. This will help our staff to do the right things to care for you and for the other people in the clinic. Wearing of masks in mandatory, the clinic door will be locked, and you will have to call us to advise of your arrival. Your therapist will meet ...you at the door when they are ready, and escort your to a treatment room. Motor memory. That is what is at work in GLA:D. That is what is at work in Yoga. That is what is always at work. Motor memory can be trained and maintained, as is witnessed with competitive athletes. No competitive athlete has ever gone into competition without training, which is motor memory work! Our many systems (nervous system, muscular system, circulatory system etc...) are all connected, as they need each other to function. So work on function....want to be able to walk as you age? Walk now!
