Ok. So it’s been way too long that I posted something here. I’ve been really thinking about some back to basics lately and I’ve noticed that my tired and true favorite oils are Deep Blue and Past Tense. I’ve developed arthritis in both my knees and deep blue helps to relieve that stuff soreness. ... And with recent crazy weather that we’ve been having, my headaches are here.
