Hello to all the wonderful customers of Back Country Butchers! We’re looking forward to serving many of you for another great season this year! Unfortunately, our operating season in 2019 will be significantly reduced.... We will not be open during September and October for bear, moose, or bow hunters, but will begin receiving deer on Monday, November 4th, and throughout the gun season. We will close on December 9th, at the conclusion of the muzzle loader season. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but look forward to serving you during the deer gun hunt!
