It has been quite a while since my last post... I have been busy sourcing reno materials and furniture on the cheap! Working with a client who was turning a tired rental unit into a trendy Air BnB I managed to find everything from kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanity, light fixtures and turn-key furnishings on Kijiji, FB Marketplace and some favorite second-hand stores.
