I put so much pressure on myself to structure my work days more for Q1 and it's just not working for me. I quit working for other people because I craved a more relaxed, less black and white way of working. So today I'm letting go of it. I'm going back to my "wake up when I wake up" mornings and working until midnight if that's what it takes work days. It'll never get all done and that's ok. Let it be enough. ... Happy Saturday everyone!

Where are my fellow intro/extros? I don't know about you but I can feel myself draining when I'm in a room with even a few other people, when I have a day of running errands and even when the volume is too loud on the TV. And I can only fully recharge when I am completely alone, usually in silence. ... What makes you drain? How do you recharge?
