Happy spring to you all! I know there’s still snow on the ground, but this doesn’t discourage me, the birds and all the critters coming out of hibernation. Back to Earth Gardens is gearing up for its second season and this year I’m teaming up with Rainbow Forest Collective www.rainbowforest.csa to bring you all a bountiful selection of micro greens, leafy greens and veggies! ... I’m so excited to be out in the greenhouse with my hands in the dirt planting seeds that will become delicious, nutritious and gorgeous food to nourish your mind and body:) This year you would have found me at the downtown farmers market, but the market is temporarily closed. I will keep you all updated on when they decide to open the market again! Happy to say the farm stand at 2870 McPhillips St will be open in about a months time for those of you able to visit. For those of you unable to pickup at the farm stand, we will be making deliveries right to your doorstep for minimum orders of $20. There is also a central pick up location at 85 Westgate, home of Ivan from Rainbow Forest Collective. Currently we are offering several varieties of microgreens!
