At the time we decided not to make this public as we did not want to spoil the fun atmosphere of the event, but seeing other local businesses in the past few days experience similar situations we have decided to come forward in hopes the pics below can prevent it from happening again. About two weeks before this year’s Back to The 80s party a couple of scumbags broke into a storage trailer parked in the Gregoire industrial park and made off with a ton of equipment including:... Cheer sticks, sequins snap bracelets, 80’s vintage trophies, neon table linens, etc. It was a very hard time for our team as we debated canceling the party but quickly decided to go forward as we knew nothing would stop our guests from enjoying themselves. Its believed the white welders truck in the pictures below was used to remove the hinges off the storage trailers door while the navy blue ford truck made multiple trips hauling away thousands in equipment. In addition to items vital to the 80s party, the thieves also made off with crates of children’s Christmas décor and white leather sofas utilized by many local events. If you recognize either truck in the photos let the owners know they are losers and no matter how hard they try its impossible to break this communities spirit! #FortMacStrong!
