Hey start off your week with these amazing Peach Cobbler Cupcakes from Traeger! Who needs an oven when you have a Traeger? Nothing like something sweet and tangy to start the day! Follow @traegergrills recipe here! Bring a pot of water to a boil. Turn peaches upside down and cut a small shallow X across the bottom. Put peaches in boiling water and boil for 1 minute to help loosen the skin.... INGREDIENTS 3 Large Peaches, fresh Drain the peaches into a colander and rinse off with cold water. Peel skin off peaches. Filling: Dice peaches and place into a large pan. Cook peaches over medium heat. As it starts to sizzle, add sugar, lemon and cinnamon. Cook mixture on medium heat for 10-15 minutes until a majority of the juice from the peaches evaporates leaving a thick syrup. INGREDIENTS 1 1/8 Cup sugar 3 Teaspoon lemon juice 3/4 Teaspoon ground cinnamon Transfer to a bowl to cool. When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 350 and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. Cupcakes: Follow the directions on box cake mix and put the mixture into cupcake pan with liners. INGREDIENTS Yellow Cake Mix, Boxed When grill has preheated, bake cupcakes for 13-16 minutes, until a light golden brown. Grill: 350 F When cupcakes have cooled, use a piping bag to pipe the peach cobbler mixture into the middle of the cupcake. Ice with your favorite vanilla icing. Enjoy! Whelp, if you aren't considering another Traeger grill at least consider ringing in the new year with this bubby Smoked Raspberry Cocktail from @traegergrills. Don't forget to stock up on your favorite rubs and sauces! For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available. Grill: 180 Smoked Raspberry Syrup: Place 1 cup fresh raspberries on a grill mat and smoke for 30 minutes. Grill: 180 INGREDIENTS 1 Cup fresh raspberries After the raspberries have been smoked, set a few aside for garnish. Place the remainder into a shallow sheet pan with Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup. Place back on the grill grate and let smoke for 45 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Strain and refrigerate until ready to use. Grill: 180 INGREDIENTS As Needed Traeger Smoked Simple Syrup Place 1 ounce of the smoked raspberry syrup in the bottom of a champagne flute and top off with sparkling white wine or champagne.
