After months of planning, dreaming, building, and a whole lot of paint in our hair, Badwood Coffee & Consignment opened on March 9, 2020. We were never ones to back down from a challenge, however, a global pandemic and provincial shut down was definitely more than we anticipated! Talk about Bad(wood) timing! Nevertheless, Badwood found success thanks to the unwavering support of the Metcalfe community, the talent of our local artisans, the encouragement of family and friend...s in Ottawa, and most importantly, our amazing Baristas. Aspen, Erin, and Nuria are the epitome of Badwood's core; that to always be, above all else, kind :) Unfortunately, with so much uncertainty due to COVID regulations, we cannot, in good conscience stay open if we are unable to provide our staff consistent work and our customers predictable hours of operation. That being said, Badwood Coffee & Consignment will close its doors on December 23, 2020. Now to the good stuff! We will be having a Holiday Banger sale! Everything in the shop will be 50% off effective immediately until the 23rd including regular items, fixtures, and even furniture.
