BAFHT 12 Times of Christmas Challenge! Starting Tuesday December 8, 2020 BAFHT is putting a spin on the 12 days of Christmas! We want YOU to GET UP and GET ACTIVE 12 times before Christmas (with Covid-safe activities) for AT LEAST 30 minutes.... Our Nurse Practitioner Aleshia Nolan will joining you in this challenge, while on mat leave with her new twin boys! She will be posting FUN ideas and LOCAL trails that you may want to try! Have fun while exercising or doing physical activities with those in your household. Ideas include enjoying the outdoors by going for a brisk walk, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, or building a snowman. Be creative! Post pictures of you engaging in your activities on the BAFHT 12 Times of Christmas Facebook group. Each post will create an entry into a grand prize draw (to be announced)! Know someone who doesn't have Facebook but wants to participate in the challenge? No problem! Photos can be submitted to [email protected], which will then be posted to the Facebook group on your behalf. Let’s keep our bodies and minds healthy, and enjoy this holiday season!
