The Courts are now commencing their re-opening procedures and will be resuming in-person appearances. There will be different procedures that will need to be followed.

As we resume "normal" operations, Bailey & Associates will continue to observe Covid-19 safety protocols for the safety of our clients and staff. We will continue to recommend use of masks and to "socially distance" while in our offices. We will also be using hand sanitizer. Court appearances are being handled by telephone conferences with the Courts and clients will need to attend our offices to participate in them. We are also making full use of other platforms such as Zoom and Skype to assist clients who wish to continue to deal with matters remotely. Everyone here will do as much as we can to handle your legal problems and at the same time ensure that you are safe.

Bailey & Associates now has implemented Covid-19 protocols for everyone's safety and security. We will continue to be open for business and we believe the safety measures we have put in place will reassure anyone who requires our service that they can access it with confidence that they will not be assuming risk. All our staff has signed a Declaration that: a. They have not been outside Nova Scotia in the last 14 days and neither have they had any contact with anyone who has ...been outside Nova Scotia in the last 14 days. b. They have not had any contact with anyone who has contracted Covid-19. c. they are not exhibiting any signs of illness and in particular: i. They do not have a fever, and ii. They do not have any respiratory distress. d. They do not have Covid-19 We, at Bailey & Associates is doing our utmost to protect you from contracting Covid-19 and this Declaration is intended to afford you and everyone reassurance that by interacting with us personally, they are not at risk. This is the "new normal" for the foreseeable future.
