Our client, Marinelite Windows Limited is looking to add a full-time Executive Assistant to their team. Marinelite Windows Limited is a family-owned manufacturi...ng business located in Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia. As Executive Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for the business and will be responsible for a variety of different office and administrative tasks. Primary duties will include, but are not limited to: Handling the phones, emails, etc. Dealing with client requests, questions, and concerns Providing quotes (factoring in product and shipping costs, down payments, timelines, etc.) Managing client expectations Accounts payable Accounts receivable Payroll processing Other duties as required The skills and behaviours required for this position include: Highly motivated Ability to learn quickly (products, costs, timelines, etc.) Possess strong interpersonal skills Able to manage multiple priorities effectively Works well both independently and in a team environment Highly organized Working knowledge of Sage 50 (Simply Accounting) Flexibility to work in other areas of the business as needed would be beneficial Completed post-secondary education (NSCC diploma or equivalent) Relevant work experience is valued Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset The position offers a competitive salary, plus benefits. Like the recently completed Glebe Street sewer project, this involves complete excavation of Main Street from John Street to Parade Street, one section at a time. On Monday, the following closures/detours will be in effect: Main Street from John Street to Collins Street will be closed with local traffic only. Central Street will be closed with local traffic only for access from Water Street. Jenkins Street will be closed with local traffic only. Fall is here and are current hours are 8am 4pm Monday to Friday. Our office is now accepting the clients on an appointment only basis. Clients need to be limi...ted to one group at a time, due to the small size of our lobby. We ask that clients call ahead and speak to reception if they need to pick items up or sign documents, just so we can control traffic for your safety. We also ask that appointment times be kept quite prompt, without early or late arrivals, so that people are not overlapping in the stairwell. We ask that clients refrain from drop-ins at this time, but appointments are possible to be made without a lot of notice, so just call us at 742-7726 and check. Chances are we can accommodate. We will continue to offer our drop bins at both locations during regular business hours.
