Over the past few days we have been taking time to reflect back over this past year and WOW... What a year it has been! This year will forever be marked as the year that the world slowed down and the year that the real estate market sped up! Over night, things were shut down, everyone needed to pivot to working from home and online learning. Suddenly there was an increased demand for extra space to accommodate these needs and an opportunity for people to move anywhere as... their jobs became more mobile. Then there was an increase demand for investment properties as the rates lowered and people wanted to take advantage of that. We were very blessed to be deemed an essential service during these tough times and feel very blessed to be in a position to help a record number of people and families find all the comforts they needed inside their homes. We hope to be able to help even more in 2021! COVID has taught us to count our blessings and rejoice in the simple things of life. Here are some of our top take aways from 2020... Even though we couldn’t connect in person, we are very thankful for technology that allowed us to stay connected to our clients and those we love, as well as, allowing us to continue to do our jobs without skipping a beat! We had to cancel all of our in person events we had planned, but we were able to find new ways to give back to our clients and our amazing community! Money is good for the good it can do! We were able to give more this year than ever before! Back in May we were able to provide 7500 meals for our community through our RED Day initiative, we sponsored 3 families in December for Family 100, with our supporters we collectively donated 35 units of blood through our Thanksgiving blood drive and gave more back to our clients & referral partners than ever too! We may have been stuck at home but we are thankful for the extra time with our family and the memories we’ve still been able to make. 2020 has been a year of extreme growth both professionally and personally. Our team has grown from 1 to 3 and we are looking forward to expanding even more over the next year! We are beyond thankful to everyone who has given us the opportunity to help them in 2020 and to all those who continually recommend our services to others throughout the year! Wishing everyone a blessed and healthy 2021!!
